engines.ENGINES

The engines a Connection runs plans on: "duckdb" (the default),

engines.ENGINES: tuple[Engine, …] = ("duckdb", "polars", "datafusion")

"polars" and "datafusion". Loop over it to run a plan on each, as the tests do. sverify.engines.run also takes "spark" or a Spark session.
