Report.needed_conditions

needs as conditions, per input table, ready for requires=: Ibis

Report.needed_conditions: dict[str, list[Condition]]

deferreds for an Ibis transform (_.qty < 9 * 10**18, or _.qty.isnull() | (_.qty < 9 * 10**18) where qty may be NULL, as the inferred bound lets NULL pass), SQL strings for a SQL one. A bound with no Ibis form goes as its SQL, which an Ibis transform reads too. Empty unless on_inferred="error".
