Rows are an Arrow table with the table's columns, or tuples in the table's column order. An update is a delete of the old row plus an insert of the new one. [StaticSource.apply](io.StaticSource.md#sverify.io.StaticSource.apply) takes one.

Rows to add. Default: none.

`deletes: pa.Table | Sequence[Row]`  
Rows to remove, one occurrence each; every one must be in the table, or [StaticSource.apply](io.StaticSource.md#sverify.io.StaticSource.apply) raises `ValueError`. Default: none.
