deferreds for an Ibis transform (`_.qty < 9 * 10**18`, or `_.qty.isnull() | (_.qty < 9 * 10**18)` where `qty` may be NULL, as the inferred bound lets NULL pass), SQL strings for a SQL one. A bound with no Ibis form goes as its SQL, which an Ibis transform reads too. Empty unless `on_inferred="error"`.
